Cheltenham Community Centre (CCC) is a not for profit organisation that strengthens community by offering all people a diverse range of community services, learning opportunities and resources for personal development. CCC has over 1000 participants attending a wide variety of services and programs each year, including adult education, childcare, recreational programs for both adults and children and social support groups along with a registered kitchen and community cafe. CCC is supported by funding from a number of organisations. These include Adult Community and Further Education Board, the Department of Health and Human Services, the Department of Education and Training and the City of Kingston. CCC is one of the largest community providers of the Adult Migrant English Program. We are opening our doors again next Monday 8th November 2021 and are planning to have a Chatty Café table every Tuesday morning from 10.30 to 11.30am and more often in 2022 when we are more established with the program and we can provide our own volunteers to help out.
Chatty Cafe Scheme Australia Ltd proudly acknowledges the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander custodians of this land where we work and pay our respects to their Elders, past, present and emerging.
Donations of $2 or more to Chatty Café Scheme Australia are tax-deductible in Australia.
